Purposes and legal basis of the processing

Period of data retention

Request for information:Personal Data voluntarily provided by the useris retained in order to respond to requests for information on products/services and after the request has been dealt with, for the ordinary limitation period. After the above-mentioned retention periods have expired, the data will be destroyed or rendered anonymous, subject to technical deletion and backup procedures and Fiamm's accountability requirements.
Legal obligation: personal data attributable to legal obligations will be stored for as long as required by law.

This Privacy Policy is updated as of June 2023; the Controller reserves the right to amend or simply update its content, in part or in full, also due to changes in applicable legislation. The Controller will inform you of such changes as soon as they are introduced and will be binding as soon as they are published on the site. The Controller, and invites to visit this section regularly to get acquainted with the most recent and updated version of the Privacy Policy.
Data subjects' rights
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679, the persons to whom the personal data refers have the right, in the cases provided for, at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its supplementation, updating or rectification, to request its deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, its processing.
